El Consejo de Administración del “CONDOMINIO 1 UNO MANZANA V CINCO Y/O CONDOMINIO LAS ÁGUILAS”, del Fraccionamiento Parques de Tesistán, le damos la más cordial bienvenida.
Nuestro condominio cuenta con 272 unidades privativas (146 de las cuáles se encuentran construidas), 2 casetas y andadores privados al interior del condominio. Así mismo, nuestro condominio colinda con un área verde de donación municipal, propiedad del H. Ayuntamiento del Municipio de Zapopan, Jalisco y que es cuidado y preservado por nuestro condominio para el bienestar de nuestras familias y mantener la plusvalía de nuestros hogares.

En general, es un lugar tranquilo pero cabe mencionar que hemos batallado mucho con la constructora (Grupo San Carlos) por su mal diseño que nos complica la logística del condominio, además que no apoyan para mantenerlo bien, se limitan solo a pagar sus cuotas dejando que los vecinos lidiemos con los problemas, los cuales en su mayoría son generados por sus decisiones poco prácticas.

In general, it is a quiet place but it is worth mentioning that we have struggled a lot with the construction company (Grupo San Carlos) for its bad design that complicates the logistics of the condominium, in addition to not supporting it to keep it well, they limit themselves only to paying their fees leaving that the neighbors deal with the problems, which are mostly generated by their impractical decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy insuficiente el trabajo de los de administración como rentan las terrazas sin luz y sin abrir los baños y lo peor a quien se le ocurre cambiar el sentido de la circulación vehicular es ilógico cómo pusieron los sentidos no se con que están pensando si con la cabeza o con los pies, y otra cosa sacan a pasear a sus mascotas si r cogen sus necesidades de los cachorros pero así ya no se puede uno sentar agusto en el pasto se pasan
