If you are considering buying an apartment you should definitely take a look over there.
Amazing services, great security.
I believe that the most important thing is that you are away from the overwhelming crouds that show every holidays.
This pictures show the vast views without public umbrellas and without public access around: this gives you privacy and great value over time.
