La piscina es fantástica para las familias y para pasar un buen rato relajados (también se puede hacer una parrillada). Está a unos 15 minutos caminando de la playa Camarones y 25 minutos caminando del Malecon. Very comfortable and spacious place. It is an old type building with a lot of charm. The pool is great for families and for a relaxing time (you can also have a barbecue). It is about 15 minutes walk from Camarones beach and 25 minutes walk from the Malecon.

The truth is VERY DIRTY, NOTHING HYGIENIC, the sofa bed does not work and the useless kitchen dishes, lack more attention to the department.
M	M V “Vicky” M L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agradó la gente que "cuida" el lugar, el señor y la señora muy groseros, en la alberca a cada rato nos llamaban la atención y a las personas que estaban con ellos no les decían nada, la señora groserisima como se le ocurre decirle a mi mamá que no le diga que le va ayudar con la limpieza si no lo va hacer, para empezar el departamento estaba hecho un asco! Las camas tenían cabello, el piso super sucio, los trastes holian asqueroso, y había un charco en la cocina que porque la señora lavó y la lavadora tira agua. El día que entramos tardaron más de 15minutos en recibirnos. Muy muy mal. Nada más el señor que limpia la alberca, uno morenito fue el único buena onda. Los demás siempre traían su cara de amargados. I did not like the people who "take care" of the place, the very rude man and woman, in the pool all the time they called our attention and the people who were with them did not say anything to them, the very rude lady, how can she say Don't tell my mom that she is going to help her with cleaning if she is not going to do it, to begin with the apartment was a mess! The beds had hair, the floor was super dirty, the holian dishes were disgusting, and there was a puddle in the kitchen that because the lady washed and the washing machine spilled water. The day we entered they took more than 15 minutes to receive us. Very very bad. Just the man who cleans the pool, a dark-haired one was the only good vibe. The others always wore their bitter faces.

Cuidado con las lluvias fuertes el estacionamiento de encharca. Los departamentos eran cuidados y son acogedores, el personal es muy amable. High season, pool full and a little dirty, obvious. Underground parking, this keeps your car cool. Beware of heavy rains the parking lot floods. The apartments were cared for and welcoming, the staff is very friendly.
