★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Patricia Suites 147 Palm Srings yesterday to check out a studio for rent.
The complex is in a major state of disrepair. Outside there was black mold growing on the exterior walls up to about 1 foot above the ground. The insect screens were ancient and torn.
There was a pile of discarded building materials behind the block of studios no doubt harboring rats and mice and scorpions and indicative of the total lack of care or maintenance . I managed to peer inside a a studio through the torn insect screen.There are plaster board ceiling tiles...many are literally falling off the ceiling. I estimate the size of the entire studio to be about 20 square meters. The monthly rent is 4,000 pesos not including utilities. There is a large pool which is out of character for the delapidated state of the property. This property is a health hazard and needs to be condemmed and torn down.
