★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viví feliz en este departamento. Posteriormente lo he rentado a dos familias que tuvieron una estancia de casi 4 años ambos, y tuvieron la misma buena experiencia. Amenidades y jardines lo hacen ideal para vida familiar. Hay comités de vecinos muy activos, el mantenimiento es impecable. Se organizan actividades para niños, y las áreas verdes les permiten jugar como cuando nosotros fuimos menores y podíamos salir a la calle sin problemas.
 I lived happily in this apartment. Later I have rented it to two families who had a stay of almost 4 years both, and had the same good experience. Amenities and gardens make it ideal for family life. There are very active neighborhood committees, the maintenance is impeccable. Activities for children are organized, and the green areas allow them to play as when we were minors and we could go out without problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cosy living... not too costly to rent an apartment and is in the vicinity of polanco. The apartment compound has a gym and other sporting facilities. Has a mall right closeby with convenience stores. Can get a bit noisy during rush hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice property located at the prominent place in Mexico city. It's in heart of the city. Nearby to many good super markets and big business establishments.
Property is a very secure. Well maintained and have 24/7 security with restricted access to inmates only. Inside the property also it's well built with proper ventilation and lighting.
One who stays there will certainly be have happy and peaceful mind.
Overall an excellent property to live.
