★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice condo complex near the beach in Santa Cruz with nice amenities. Great pool with a palapa, a bbq pit, bathroom facilities and lots of seating. Pool gets equal amounts of sun and shade. Recent upgrades. Building has an elevator, and each unit has a separate entrance. Close to Hurricane Divers and the beach if you want to try some snorkeling/diving and some nice beach restaurants. Perfect vacation spot!
