R	Rafael J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piénsensela dos veces antes de irse a vivir a este condominio porque si te quejas de la administración o la mesa directiva van a tu casa a cuestionarte que por qué te quejas y te quieren hacer una encuesta absurda tipo INEGI donde te preguntan si tienes auto o si eres el dueño de la casa y mas información personal que como para qué, parece mas hostigamiento o una especie de acoso e intimidación. O también te pueden mandar a citar al parque o a las oficinas cuestionándote el por que te quejas donde parece mas una discusión por quien tiene la razón. Cabe mencionar que a raíz de una aparente auditoria (de la que se sabe poco) se hizo a la anterior administración y esta misma opto por renunciar al condominio y la mesa directiva trajo una nueva sin informar y socializar previamente a los condóminos y representantes de calle que conforman el coto, y por si eso no fuera suficiente, el condominio se compone dos secciones donde los representantes de cada sección chocan en sus ideas y están un tanto divididos. Muy mal. Think twice before going to live in this condominium because if you complain about the administration or the board of directors they will ask you why you complain and they want to do an absurd INEGI type survey where they ask you if you have a car or if you are the owner of the house and more personal information than what for, it seems more harassment or a kind of harassment and intimidation. Or they can also send you to summon the park or the offices questioning you why you complain where it seems more like a discussion about who is right. It is worth mentioning that as a result of an apparent audit (of which little is known) the previous administration was carried out and this same one chose to resign from the condominium and the board of directors brought a new one without previously informing and socializing the condominium owners and street representatives. that make up the preserve, and as if that were not enough, the condominium is made up of two sections where the representatives of each section collide in their ideas and are somewhat divided. Very bad.

Solo tengo un inconveniente con los guardias, parece tierra de nadie, según el reglamento nadie se debe estacionar a fuera de las cocheras; ni tampoco evidentemente en donde hay letreros que dicen “NO ESTACIONARSE” pero no hacen NADA para disciplinar. Hay incluso una GRÚA que dejan días en los lugares de no estacionarse, tristemente acorrienta y hace lucir el coto como chatarrera, y por el tipo de persona que parece el dueño de la grúa puedo asegurar que no paga ni la cuota de mantenimiento mensual. Fuera de eso, no hay nada más por lo que me pueda quejar. I bought a house in this condominium and I live very comfortably and calmly. I only have one problem with the guards, it seems like a no man's land, according to the regulations nobody should park outside the garages; nor evidently where there are signs that say “NO PARKING” but do NOTHING to discipline. There is even a CRANE that leaves days in the places of not parking, sadly it runs and makes the preserve look like a junkyard, and because of the type of person that the owner of the crane seems to be, I can assure you that he does not even pay the monthly maintenance fee. Other than that, there is nothing else I can complain about.
