 It's nice and in a good location but we got cockroaches and that wasn't very nice :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the Best crossroads on 5th avenida and 12th calle. It's literally in the middle of where all the action is in Playa. Then you walk through a bamboo door / floor to ceiling gate to paradise that is SAC-BE. The building is in a cenote. It's amazing.
Con: can be very loud with all the night clubs and restaurants surrounding the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a beautiful and magic place in the middle of Playa dsl Carmen. Directly on the 5th avenue located, one block to the beach. I already been there many times, you can book also on airbnb.
