C	Cin DAH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento tiene problemas con la administración, desde que inició la cuarentena se podo el pasto una vez , la alberca está cerrada y se va recientemente el agua , nadie apoya en una solución todos se lavan las manos y se avientan la pelotita culpando a la constructora, administración pasada , a la CEA ,a quien se deje pero no dan respuesta. La persona a la que recurri me dijo que al no ser dueña no tengo opinión, como si con mi dinero no se pagara el mantenimiento al estar rentando... solo se pide los servicios que ofrece el fraccionamiento, no recomiendo para nada comprar o rentar problemas aquí. Lo positivo, esta muy bonito y tranquilo. The subdivision has problems with the administration, since the quarantine began, the grass was pruned once, the pool is closed and the water has recently been drained, nobody supports a solution, everyone washes their hands and throws the ball blaming the construction company , past administration, to the CEA, whoever is left but they do not give an answer. The person I contacted told me that since I am not the owner, I have no opinion, as if my money did not pay for maintenance when renting ... only the services offered by the subdivision are requested, I do not recommend buying or renting at all problems here. The positive is very nice and quiet.
