★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien el.lugar súper cuidado la entrada no se te da si no te están esperando tres recámaras dos y medio baños sala comedor bastante amplio y cocina integral patio de servicio grande y cajón para estacionarse seguridad las 24 horas muy ,muy cuidadosos para que puedas entrar súper bien esta unidad!
The place is very well kept, the entrance is not given to you if you are not waiting for three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, quite spacious dining room and integral kitchen, large service patio and drawer to park 24 hour security very, very careful so that you can enter this unit super well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son pegadas, por lo que escuchas demasiado los ruidos de los vecinos, sólo tiene un parque enfrente muy sencillo y aún asi cobran 950 pesos mensuales de mantenimiento.
Lo peor es que las cocheras no tienen sombra para los vehículos y cuando quise colocar un toldo temporal tipo camping, me dijeron que no podía porque modifica la fachada (aún y cuando no es una modificación permanente). Que me tenía que aguantar y dejar que la pintura de mis carros se echara a perder.
Me faltó decir que no hay servicio de internet por cable. Solamente puedes contratar alguno que te envié la señal satelital.
The houses are glued together, so you listen too much to the noise of the neighbors, it only has a very simple park in front and even so they charge 950 pesos a month for maintenance.
The worst thing is that the garages do not have shade for the vehicles and when I wanted to place a temporary camping-type awning, they told me that I could not because it modifies the facade (even though it is not a permanent modification). That I had to put up with it and let the paint on my cars go bad.
Needless to say, there is no cable internet service. You can only hire one that I sent you the satellite signal.
