★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY MALA experiencia viviendo en estos condominios, les recomiendo que piensen dos veces antes de comprar o rentar en este lugar, un año fue suficiente para no querer saber nada de este lugar. Lean y revisen bien el manual aplicable a los propietarios/inquilinos/visitas, antes de rentar, prevé multas excesivas y además se aplican sin seguir los procedimientos que marca el propio manual. Para rematar, te amenazan que si no pagas en cierto tiempo las multas, te cortan el agua. Hay muchas torres en la misma zona que son mejores y tienen mejor administración, yo me cambié a una que está a solo 3 minutos y no se compara la paz y tranquilidad que se siente al no tener que lidiar con gente problemática en la administración.
VERY BAD experience living in these condos, I recommend that you think twice before buying or renting in this place, a year was enough to not want to know anything about this place. Read and carefully review the manual applicable to owners / tenants / visitors, before renting, it foresees excessive fines and also they are applied without following the procedures established in the manual itself. To top it off, they threaten that if you don't pay the fines within a certain time, they will cut off your water. There are many towers in the same area that are better and have better management, I moved to one that is only 3 minutes away and the peace and quiet that comes from not having to deal with troublesome people in the administration does not compare.

Administración abusiva, te ponen multas por TODO, hay policías que dan rondines cada 2 horas afuera de los departamentos, recorriendo los pasillos, tomando fotos, pasan hasta los domingos, no puedes estar en pijama a gusto por que pasan y pasan y se quedan viendo y toman fotos a través de las VENTANAS, que HORROR!!!!!! ¿COMO SI FUERA CARCEL? ¿¿y todavía pagando 20,000 pesos mensuales?? Ah y todo el edificio lleno de grietas pero eso si chingos de multas anexo foto, CHINGUEN A SU MADRE GRUPO UNO

Abusive administration, they give you fines for EVERYTHING, there are policemen who go around every 2 hours outside the apartments, walking the corridors, taking photos, they come by even on Sundays, you can't be comfortable in your pajamas because they come and go and watch and they take photos through the WINDOWS, what a HORROR!!!!!! AS IF IT WERE JAIL? And still paying 20,000 pesos a month?? Oh and the whole building full of cracks but that's if a lot of fines attached photo, FUCK YOUR MOTHER GROUP ONE
