★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno: Las rentas en este condominio son muy accesibles. Ubicado a la orilla del mar, áreas comunes amplias, la alberca está en buenas condiciones.
Lo malo: requiere de un automóvil para llegar, parte del camino es de tierra, no hay tienda cerca para el suministro de víveres. Aunque tiene un mantenimiento aceptable requiere una renovación. No cuenta con elevadores
The good: The rents in this condo are very affordable. Located on the seashore, spacious common areas, the pool is in good condition.
The bad: it requires a car to get there, part of the road is dirt, there is no store nearby to supply food. Although it has an acceptable maintenance it requires a renovation. It does not have elevators

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta zona de playa ubicada en San Benito, en la costa yicateca, pronto se convertirá en una zona privilegiada con la infraestructura necesaria para hacerlo una delicia para los visitantes. La única razón por la que no le doy cinco estrellas a la zona, es porque se debe acceder por un camino de terracería a los condominios y casas, ubicadas a la orilla de la playa.
This beach area located in San Benito, on the Yicateca coast, will soon become a privileged area with the necessary infrastructure to make it a delight for visitors. The only reason why I don't give the area five stars is because the condominiums and houses, located on the shore of the beach, must be accessed by a dirt road.
