★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es un lugar muy limpio, el precio es accesible, con una muy excelente etencion por parte de su personal, Un ambiente muy fresco por su vegetación los cuartos están muy amplios y cuenta con todos los servicios es por eso que les obsequio la cinco estrellas.. Se los recomiendo...hola que tal pues como no me deja el sistema volver a comentar tengo que editar lo ya escrito el año pasado... Pues este 30 de abril 022, regrese al Maria del. Pilar y que les puedo decir nos volvimos a llevar un gran sabor de boca los jóvenes recepcionistas excelentes, una muy buena atención por parte de ellos..casi no voy a Mérida pero cuando voy desde que descubrímos este hotel ya no lo dejamos es un lugar muy tranquilo...jovenes que ahí atienden sigan así...

Pilar and what can I tell you, we got a great taste in our mouths again, the excellent young receptionists, a very good attention from them ... I hardly go to Mérida but when I go since we discovered this hotel we do not leave it anymore, it is a place very calm ... young people who serve there keep it up ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de la persona encargada,grosero, se queda con dinero, no regresa dinero, cobra las cosas al valor que quiere, no renta si no quiere y no permite cumplir el horario de pago tiene uno que salir cuando el quiere, mala experiencia, muy mal lugar, no recomendable para estadia??
Very bad service by the person in charge, rude, he keeps money, does not return money, charges things at the value he wants, does not rent if he does not want to and does not allow to meet the payment schedule, one has to leave when he wants, bad experience, very bad place, not recommended for stay??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are long term residents of 19 months. It is Ok, but have had a difficult time them fixing problems like our air conditioner. It works for a short time then leaks water inside. Also a crack in the wall by our kitchen wall occasionally leaks water through an electric outlet by our stove and into our food storage area. Other wise we are doing ok but had to fix some other items ourselves. We are leaving in September.
