I have been coming to Playa Escondida Condominium for over 10 years. It started with only 2 weeks and now I go for 2 months. The renters return every year. Each unit is furnished to the owner's style. It is not located in the Golden Zone but you are just a short bus ride away. You have a beautiful heated pool and you are located next to the beautiful ocean. The front desk speak English and will help arange any trips you may wish. Grocery. . Vegetable truck comes 3 times a week to the complex or you take a orega to many grocery stores. Laundry. no problem. Take it down by 9 am and it will be returned same day for a nominal fee. If you are looking for a quite and friendly place. This is it. PARADISE. you will return every year.

Everything about this place is great! From the host to the front desk personnel. Pictures don't do it justice. This place is always clean and very relaxing. Love the curfews that totally made the difference. Lety at front desk is a doll! love her. We have been staying here renting from Glennis for 3 years now and never been disappointed. This is our second home love it! Thank you Glennis for making it memorable!

This is a beautiful place to visit in Mazatlan for short vacations or as a base for winter extended trips. Situated just North of Marina Mazatlan and tucked away on a quiet dead end street, Condominios Playa Escondida is right on one of the nicest beaches in Mazatlan used almost exclusively by the Marina El Cid Hotel patrons. The complex itself operates like a vacation hotel with daily maid visits to empty garbage and replace soaps, bi-weekly towel changing and weekly cleaning and changing of linens. Front desk is super helpful and can facilitate anything you need in Mazatlan. The complex itself features a beautiful, year round heated (yes heated) pool, tennis courts and lots of comfortable lounging areas. It is peaceful, quiet and has a mix of mostly Canadian and American owners and renters returning year after year, many for decades. There's an Oxxo and Farmacia Guadalajara a short walk away and a green bus up the street that goes around the Marina to the Golden Zone, right down to and along the Malacon and right in to the Historic Center of Mazatlan and back. Uber is available and dirt cheap as well as the slightly more expensive, open air pulmonia taxis unique to Mazatlan. Be forewarned, this complex has a no pets policy.
