The now retired Mary Snyder AKA Mary Rowe (previously in charge of sales) participated in the destruction of documents to help a friend obtain full ownership and is now involved in a pending lawsuit in the US for fraud. This isn't the first time Mary has been involved in fraudulent activity. Go to the Arizona recorders office website and look up Mary Rowe.. You will find the frauds committed by her and her ex husband Robert successfully prosecuted by the attorney general at the time. No wonder Mary hides in Mexico Mary is now heading up another project Encántame Towers. One should proceded with caution as it appears to be a juggling act from this ex Timeshare salesman . A copy of the lawsuit and those named along with all exhibits will be public in the up coming weeks. The website will be announced soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to be when you are in Rocky Point! My friend owns a condo there and it has all the amenities that anyone would want! Pool, exercise room, golf course and close to everything. Everyone is super happy and the place is extremely well kept and clean! If you get a chance, purchase a unit and never look Back!
