★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominios prácticamente nuevos, por lo que aún requieren de cierta inversión y de afluencia. Son departamentos y casas estéticamente correctos, muy espaciosos, el terreno es inmenso. Los pocos establecimientos comerciales le dan algo de vida, aunque todavía no la suficiente, pues son pocos los lugares donde comprar que estén realmente cerca, aunque si se cuenta con vehículo no habrá mayor problema. En general, es un lugar bastante lindo, con algunos desperfectos estéticos y sin mucha población aún. Sin duda, un prometedor destino y hogar para algunos afortunados.
