La mayoría de los vecinos son gente tranquila y la tienda de la esquina es un oásis: venden de todo. Otra ventaja: hay vigilancia 24 horas al día y, al estar al final de una calle cerrada, el tránsito vehicular es casi nulo.
It is well located if you constantly travel to CDMX or want to go to the center of Texcoco on foot. Most of the neighbors are quiet people and the corner store is an oasis: they sell everything. Another advantage: there is surveillance 24 hours a day and, being at the end of a closed street, vehicular traffic is almost nil.

La gente que vive ahí es como toda la gente, hay gente buena y deseosa de hacer una buena comunidad, hay huevones y gandallas. Espero de todo corazón que los que buscan mejorar el lugar lo consigan
