★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un tipo nefasto que te atiende sin ganas de vender y como si los departamentos fueran suyos, Fernando Luna, no aclara ninguna duda y se contradice con la información, los departamentos se ven bien pero quienes ya adquirieron hablan de vicios ocultos, ojalá que mejoren y capaciten a gente responsable y sobre todo que tengan una mejor actitud al vender porque con esto de la línea 12 ya no será opción para muchos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La inmobiliaria no cumple lo que promete y se encuentra coludido con la administración nunca dan respuesta a las problemáticas. No arriesgues tu patrimonio comprando con una inmobiliaria irresponsable. Es tan mala y lo sabe que por Facebook eliminaron el apartado de calificaciones, seguramente por que son muy buenos. Cuidado antes de comprar aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya ha pasado año y medio que tomamos posición y no han instalado los calentadores solares. En la cisterna hay filtraciones y no dan la cara. Los de postventa se dedican a decir " no sequien es responsable y no se se qunen sabe" haga lo que quiera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo estoy encantada de adquirir mi departamento con Hogares Sauce!! lo hice hace 2 años y me fascino!! porque el vendedor que me atendio, el Sr. Adolfo fue súper amable y se dio el timpo de mostrarme todo el condominio, no solo 1 departamento, tooooodo el condominio!! Y esclarecIo mis dudas e inquietudes, dandome una gran confianza para decidirme, me enamore de lugar!! y la constructora si me ha brindado el apoyo cuando lo he solicitado y me facilito sobremanera la compra del inmuble, sin tramites burocraticos ni esperas largas, ya que inclusive el tramite de infonavit ellos me lo hicieron :) Yo lo recomiendo no al 100 al 1000000000000000000000%, si estan lindos, bien adecuados y sus acabados son buenos, y el trato y la certeza de su cumplimiento es maravilloso. No se arrepentiran, es una excelente decisión de vida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si piensan hacer un patrimonio y tienen dinero y tiempo, mejor huyan de estos tipejos!!!!!!!! muy mala opción, lastima que confiamos en su palabra, pague mi departamento desde el año pasado y quedaron en entregarme en septiembre, luego diciembre,enero y así se la llevan.
Segun llegan a un acuerdo contigo por no entregar a tiempo y no pagan y si lo hacen es de mala gana y a destiempo ,como si te hicieran el favor, se lavan las manos y se hechan la pelotal entre todos, no dan respuesta y si te bajan las estrellas y te dan fechas , naaaaaaaaaa, hay mejores opciones , por cierto su negocio lo realizan con las pipas, si por cierto tendras agua a perpetuidad por pipa a sobreprecio,porq ellos tienen la administración ,negocio redondo.
Si quieren comprar investiguen en los complejos de un lado y verán que tipo de compañía son .( cosa que aprendí muy tarde)cuiden su dinero .
Por experiencia el que compra con constructora pato , hace coraje cada rato. MIREN EN EL ZAPATO AJENO PARA NO REPETIR LOS MISMOS ERRORES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren aquí, esta inmobiliaria es un fraude. Ofrecen servicios y acabados de primera, todo es mentira no hay lámparas en los pasillos, están mal construidos y no hay ni agua. Cobran el mantenimiento y se roban el dinero. El dueño de la inmobiliaria no se presenta ni se hace responsable de nada. Ojo no inviertan su dinero aquí. Es perdida presente y futura. Aquí no abra plusvalía. Es horrible la zona, hasta el pavimento saliendo de los edificios jamás lo han arreglado. Importante: el que te vende insiste y hasta te regala un asador y jamás te lo da. Y reiteró la administración solo roba y no arregla nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo un año y no han entregado servicios completos. Deben Calentadores solares, interphones, iluminación, bombas de agua automáticas, la jardinería es pésima. Materiales y acabados de MUY MALA CALIDAD. No responden nuestros oficios o solicitudes. Además son constantes las fallas en la red hidráulica y hay humedad en todos lados. !!!!!!!!!
