★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel tries so hard to be a resort, but fails. The location and the view was the only thing that we liked about it. The staff were not friendly to Americans. The pool needed to be cleaned really badly, I’m surprised I went in the water with the later of some glaze along the top. I really didn’t appreciate how after you check in and turn around and get bombarded by pushy tour sales people. The whole experience was all over the place.

You can borrow kitchen stuff and food in the building is available at a very reasonable price, you can even find cheap food here, we are talking about 1.50 USD tortas to 7 USD for a whole meal. Please remember to leave a tip every morning for the cleaning crew (leave a note, otherwise they wont take the money) and after every meal and service you receive. Many families live mostly from this income. Final comment, enjoy your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had so much problem in this place. Air conditioner didnt work took a bit to get it fixed it was really hot that night. Then they make you wear a paper wrist band and ours got destroyed do to the water then the sercurity guard yelled at me. We are custumers. I didnt let him yell at me. Then that same day they stole my wifes 500 pesos and sercurity didnt do anything. They went inside when the door hager says dont bother. They still opened it twice while we where doing our thing. The fridge was broken, the pipe was broken water was running at the bathroom and kitchen sink. I dont recommend this place to anyone not even if your trying to save money its terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Nice rooms, beautiful views, fun pool and pool bar. They have a high cliff jump kind of pool diving area, super cool. Great location. Great price. It isnt a super luxury hotel but who cares. Safe, professional staff. Zero problems, max fun! We loved it. The guys out front selling stuff are annoying but it's ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly upset, writing this as i’m waiting for maintenance which I have asked for over two hours ago. Water Pipe broke , room flooded, my things got wet! The door won’t lock properly, the air conditioner works the bare minimum. The elevators are even worst, imagine them opening 3 times at random floors with no one there before getting to your chosen floor number... This isn’t a place you’ll want or would like to stay at!

Comfortable bed and great cleaning staff on floors 6 and 7. Great view of the bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived two days ago and all was fine until this morning when I asked them to provide me of cleaning items so I could clean myself and instead they offered me to send the building cleaning team. I went for lunch and two hours later I came to find different sheets and clean foor but also missing approx $650 dollars. They stole money from my son's wallet, they stole from my mothers wallet too, from my father's wallet they went through all our belongings and when I mentioned it to the front desk they were no help at all. Thieves! Horrible people. The worst experience I ever had in Mexico.
