Every noise like non stop hammering reverberates through these walls and the same goes for the noises coming from the clubs across the street. With some construction every week its a miracle how this place never seems to be finished. you can hear the person above your apartment walking if they have the right shoes on. Dont come to this place if peace and quiet is something you value

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you find the sounds of active construction sites comforting then this is the place for you. You can wake up and go to bed with the relaxing sounds of hammering, sawing, pounding pipes, the whole 9 yards. No place does the construction site ASMR better and you will definitely get your moneys worth of it. If you think simple ear plugs can stop it, well, youd be wrong. This whole place is nothing but concrete so the sounds vibrate through the whole apartment and you can feel them in your bones and soul. If you used to work construction you may get PTSD just spending the day at a friends house here. I wake up with a desire to throw on my kneepads and grab my sledgehammer.
