They do not attend, there is no service online or by appointment, they left me hanging, terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Tienen un horario establecido y no lo cumplen se van a comer y ya no regresan y uno esperando allí afuera. Pero para cobrar sueldos si son buenos. Son personas irresponsable. Espero tomen cartas en el asunto.
Very bad service. They have a set schedule and they don't keep it, they go to eat and they don't come back and one is waiting outside. But to collect salaries if they are good. They are irresponsible people. I hope they take action on the matter.

There is very little staff, for older adults it is difficult, since you have to make an appointment through the web page and there is no one to assist you to assess if your complaint is in that place or is in profession.
