La gente que acudimos a esta institución es por algún problema y lo que queremos es alguna respuesta y esta señora no tiene la menor intención de querer ayudar a la gente que necesita, por lo menos merecemos atención y una respuesta. Repito, Con todo respeto pero para su edad (al parecer tiene mas de 65 años) no es apta para estar atendiendo gente con problemas y sobre todo financieros ( cuando se trata de bancos). With all due respect but they should move from area to the Lady of legal age who is attending to people (I don't know her name). The people who come to this institution are due to a problem and what we want is an answer and this lady has no intention of wanting to help the people she needs, at least we deserve attention and an answer.
