★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguien sabe si esta funcionando la condusef, tengo semanas hablando y nadie me contesta el teléfono, si alguien de condusef ve esta opinión podría decirme a donde puedo llamar para presentar una queja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio, las jovencitas que están ni atienden bien es mas les preguntas algo y ni quieren responder cada vez van en mal en peor. es mas el guardia de la entrada, atiende mejor que todos ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ marque el 01800 ,de la conducef ,para que dieran asesoría ,desgraciadamente no me pudieran atender , y me dijeron que me presentara en el domicilio antes de las 5 pm ,con varios documentos ,llegue a las 4 pm ,me dijeron que solo atienden hasta las 3 pm. o la persona de mexico me informo mal ,o aquí se salen mas temprano, de lo permitido.Me di la vuelta ,y perdí mucho tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entendiendo que es dependencia de gobierno, comprendo que no se debe exigir mucho, incluso, debemos estar sorprendidos que los empleados tenga la capacidad de dar los buenos días, pues es muy sabido que la mayoría de los empleados de gobierno entran a cubrir puestos por recomendación y no por capacidad. Le pongo 3 estrellas por qué el niño de aproximadamente unos 14 años que me atendió, me atendió bien, o sea, solo cumplió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se para q quieren teléfono esas oficinas si nunca jamás contestan!!!! Quedan de mandar la información en 3 días hábiles y se pasan 3 semanas y nada tiene que regresar a perder otro día para que den la información requerida! malísimo servicio!!!
I do not know why they want to phone those offices if they never answer! Remain to send the information in 3 business days and spend 3 weeks and nothing has to return to lose another day to give the required information! terrible service !!!
