Nos dijeron que ellos no hacen nada ahí, que todo se hace por internet. Es increíble que después de que un banco te roba dinero vas a esta comisión para que te ayuden y te tratan de esa manera. CERO ESTRELLAS!!!!
Terrible attention, the person who attends with a bad attitude. I do not understand why if the staff is in the office they cannot make a report. They told us that they don't do anything there, that everything is done online. It is incredible that after a bank robs you money you go to this commission to help you and treat you that way. ZERO STARS !!!!
