★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tal como su nombre lo indica, se trata de una confiteria donde se elaboran dulces marca anahuac 100% poblanos. En especial se elaboran chicles y dulces en polvo. Las instalaciones no son para nada modernas pero si funcionales para su proposito. No hay tour escolar o similar. Su ubicación en la periferia del centro historico la ubican entre las pocas fabrucas que sobreviven a la modernización de la zona por ello su fachada contrasta con muchas edificaciones remozadas pero convive con las zonas coloniales del norte de la ciudad.
 As its name implies, it is a confectionery where 100% Puebla's Anahuac brand sweets are made. Chewing gum and powdered sweets are especially made. The facilities are not modern at all but functional for your purpose. There is no school tour or the like. Its location on the outskirts of the historic center places it among the few factories that survive the modernization of the area, therefore its facade contrasts with many renovated buildings but coexists with the colonial areas of the north of the city.
