Relizaron una instacion defectuosa y cuando se quemo la tarjeta no quisieron hacer valida la garantia por que estaba mal instalado el aire, pero ellos lo instalaron?♂️. Compren mirage en otra parte. Una estrella por la mala atencion de la recepcionista y el Gerente... Cero servicio al cliente.
The worst place to buy air conditioning. They made a faulty installation and when the card burned they did not want to validate the guarantee because the air was incorrectly installed, but they installed it?♂️. Buy mirage elsewhere. One star for the poor attention of the receptionist and the Manager ... Zero customer service.

El problema es que es el segundo año de uso y siempre mandan a una sola persona a dar servicio a 5 aires, esto no es justo tanto para el empleado como para el cliente, terrible organización
