★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualizo mi reseña, el fraccionamiento esta bien lo malo es que te lo venden a base de esgaños y el culpable es geo, recomiendo a las personas que esten interesadas en comprar, investiguen un poco para que vean las condiciones del fraccionamiento , las casas estan mal contruidas en este tiempo de lluvias la mayoria de las casas tiene filtraciones en los techos, es real, no se dejen engañar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conjunto con una base bien elaborado, pero no concluido, en teoría esta pensado para haber sido una "míni ciudad" en teoría, pues esta desarrollado a un 20% pues prácticamente el proyecto esta en abandonó.
La causante es la mala plantacion, organización y manejo de recursos, los desarrollos de la habita fue realizado de baja calidad, tanto interior como exterior... Culpable GEO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar por lo que vi las casas no son tan chicas, o no se ven chicas, casi todas son privadas está algo escondida aún así hay transporte y está cerca del Town Center de Zumpango y el Aurrera de Sauces.
