★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La zona es muy mala, si planeas vivir aquí solo con coche pues el transporte público de "combis" en mayoría tiene su base en Fuentes 1 donde siempre se llena, nunca o casi nunca vas a poder ir sentado si tienes que ir hasta el final del recorrido de la Ruta 25NG que pasa ahí, hay mucha basura en la calle y perros y las casa son muy pequeñas, lo único rescatable sería que como fraccionamiento cuenta con seguridad en la entrada para los coches que entran en el conjunto habitacional.
