Acabados, carpinteria, aluminio y carpinteria de buena calidad (superior que en algunos desarrollos de altozano de mayor precio). Buena distribucion y diseño. Buena relacion costo-beneficio comparado con otros fraccionamientos cercanos y de precio similar. El unico detalle es que esta a un lado de la via del tren. Traditional construction, cistern, installation of drinking water with tuboplus and copper for gas, foundation with concrete slab. Good quality finishes, carpentry, aluminum and carpentry (higher than in some higher priced hillock developments). Good distribution and design. Good cost-benefit ratio compared to other nearby subdivisions with a similar price. The only detail is that it is on one side of the train track.
