★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado! Hostigan a los inquilinos para que se salgan, no les devuelven su depósito, a los 2 meses me subieron la renta. Estuve 3 meses y en todos los departamentos se movió gente.. Se va el agua mientras te bañas, no tiene casi presión, esta lleno de cucarachas. No hay ventilacion, no hay cochera, los cortineros son clavos en la pared. Pero lo peor es el trato de los dueños.. cuando pides que arreglen algo, simplemente no te contestan o te mandan con otra y otra persona para al final pedir que tu pongas el dinero de tu bolsa; de la nada te ageran y después se disculpan argumentando que se confundieron, que eran los de otro departamento (pero pasa seguido). Para pedir mi depósito nadie sabía nada, ni el dueño, me traían de un lado para otro.. se lo quedaron
Great care! They harass the tenants so that they leave, they do not return their deposit, after 2 months they raised my rent. I was there for 3 months and people moved in all the departments. The water runs out while you bathe, it has almost no pressure, it's full of cockroaches. There is no ventilation, there is no garage, the curtain rods are nails in the wall. But the worst thing is the treatment of the owners... when you ask them to fix something, they simply do not answer you or they send you with another and another person to finally ask you to put the money from your bag; out of nowhere they tell you and then they apologize arguing that they were confused, that they were from another department (but it happens often). To ask for my deposit nobody knew anything, not even the owner, they brought me from one place to another... they kept it
