Great place to rent. Neighbors aren't too bad. I wouldn't recommend buying right now. They're just painted over. They have invested in a pool. There is a guard for 24 hours each day. It's walking distance to Santa Cruz beach and you can walk to the downtown area

Great location and just upgraded. The pool and tennis court are brand new. My husband and I hope to buy a place there for the winter months.

I gave 3 star's which is unfair to our landlords who renovated 2 buildings and are quite nice and modern. But there are several dilapidated run down buildings here. Worth looking if you don't mind a large complex. I believe there are about 160 units total.

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting la crucecita Huatulco. The apartment was administered by a woman named Vero. She was very polite and friendly. The price for the whole stay was very economical. The water and light bill was charged separately. All the rooms had air conditioning. There is a pool in the complex which has a splash pad for the kids. The pool is only 4' deep all around and about a 1' in the splash pad area. They have security guards at the entry and patrolling. Will be coming back in the future.

Signed a 4 month contract on bldg 11 apt 1, site unseen so I am evaluating only this unit. It is virtually new and we'll equipped, but past tenants have left their smelly marks on both mattresses. Convenient first floor location; my car is parked only steps away in front of my entrance door.. Several water outages but typical of tourist season and out of the hands of my landlord. My go to guy is the main gate guard who controls water flow to units. Abad informs me of everything so at least I know before he rations water flow so I can flush, shower and run a quick load of wash. We've adopted him and his family during this trip. Excellent wi-fi. The location of this complex is excellent, close yet far enough from downtown attractions on foot. The pool is not nearly as nice as it's pictures; nothing ever is right? My property manager tries very hard and I would recommend her.. My TV's unresponsive to controls. New replacement controls don't work. Only option was to take TV's somewhere to reprogram. Should do this after we leave for the next guests. Passed and use only my laptop to view Netflix. I have my car so rent cost-value proposition is good compared to comparable rentals in the expat areas who pay 2x what I pay. Haven't seen my first electric bill, which I pay separately. Use the indispensable AC a bit so won't know the damage til I get it. I love my Mexican and foreign neighbors. Nice mix. We are a mixed race couple, married 50 years, here for the first time. We're very grateful for our good fortune so far with this rental.

Some apartments here are ok. It is super convenient to Centro and good eating spots. They are in the process of fixing up the apartments in the community and that will help a lot with the ambiance

The pool is great! The condos are at the end of the street and it is nice quiet neighbourhood!
