A	Artemio Cardona Villafán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve rentando en este lugar y es pésimo, las casas duplex hacen que tú privacidad no exista, se escucha demasiado ruido y más si es en el piso de abajo, escuchas lo de los dos lados y lo de arriba y no solo el ruido fuerte sino también las pláticas de a lado, además los patios de atrás se juntan, solo estás a un brinco de pasarte a lado con el vecino y que decir del agua, siempre está faltando, no tienen cisterna y a cada rato se acaba.
z	zuarman splinter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mal lugar para vivir no inviertan en este tipo de fraccionamientos ya que la constructora y la administración no hacen nada de lo que comentaron al vender las viviendas, sigue faltando el agua, sigue aumentando la inseguridad, dentro del fraccionamiento no hay seguridad entre vecinos se roban, los vecinos o clase de personas que rentan no son de los más respetuoso no siguen el reglamento del fraccionamiento, los vendedores mienten al vender ya que siempre comentan que nunca faltaría agua que cada fase cuenta con poso propio que las viviendas son de buena calidad y sin en cambio todo lo contrario así como las casas y dúplex que no soportan un tinaco en el techo ya que todo el techo es de unicel con un poco de cemento y solo en ciertos lugares se puede colocar ya que si se coloca el tinaco en un lugar no especifico el techo se puede partir, ninguna casa cuenta con cisterna ya que lo vendedores comentaron que nuca faltaría el agua y cuando falta no hay donde puedas almacenar, nunca hay mantenimiento en el fraccionamiento siempre hay basura, grava, piedras, hierva creciendo en las banquetas en los lugares de estacionamiento y el mantenimiento te lo cobran en tu descuento de Infonavit y no hay limpieza ni mantenimiento no entra la basura del municipio ya que comenta la constructora que es nuestro problema ya que nosotros tenemos que municipalizar el fraccionamiento para que podamos tener todos los veneficios y así de sínicos se lavan las manos una vez adquirida la vivienda no inviertan en este tipo de fraccionamientos. Asi de mal contruidas con demaciada pasta y poco cemento, les comparto de como tuvieron que reparar la entrada de mi puerta y eso que solo llevava un año habitandola y me di cuenta que se estava partiendo el supuesto semento y cual fue mi sorpresa que era puro yeso y hasta que no estuve reclamando fueron a repararla pero hay que estar al pendiente por que tambien los albañiles y los arquitectos no hacen un buentrajo todo a las carreras o asta que ellos quieren y todavia se molestan por reparar, si supuestamente son nuevas las viviendas no deverian de deteriorarse tan rapido, un mal lugar para vivir. J	JORGE Cid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenas tarde es mi experiencia como comprador el fraccionamiento no cumple con los servicios básicos como agua y recolección de basura por parte del municipio, los vendedores son unos mentiroso a mí me comentaron que nunca habría desabasto de agua que habría alberca palapas, mantenimiento y nunca hubo esas cosas ya que constantemente hay desabasto de agua el municipio no da los servicios básico ya que el fraccionamiento no esta municipalizado al igual que el agua el cobro es excesivo igual que el contrato y el fraccionamiento o la constructora y los vendedores se lavan las manos, cundo la compre comento el vendedor que no cobrarían el agua hasta que estuviera terminado el fraccionamiento en todas las etapas que cada etapa tendría su cisterna o su poso que el fraccionamiento contaba con poso propio y sin en cambio nada de esto fue real, también el fraccionamiento tiene malas acciones como robos dentro del fraccionamiento, de las personas o vecinos nadie sigue el reglamento ya que pueden ser la 1 de la mañana o la 7de la mañana y el vecino ya esta con su escandalo a todo volumen sin importar si trabajas tarde o temprano o estas enfermo enserio es un lugar pésimo para invertir y vivir no les recomiendo que inviertan en este fraccionamiento y si invirtieron mejor regresen la vivienda se los aseguro que se van a arrepentir por invertir.
