★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful company! AVOID! Extremely rude rep (Dante Trevino) didn't turn up to meet us as planned and when we returned to our room we had a message saying that he had been there amongst other unpleasant things. Didn't return our messages and had to email someone else in the company to confirm transfer times. They then turned up 15 minutes early to collect us and take us to the airport (we obviously weren't there at this time) My husband called them after we had been waiting for 30 minutes and was told they would not come back and we had to pay for a taxi to the airport. (even though we were there at the agreed time) If I could give zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company and great service. All throughout our stay they were there to assist us and guide us through everything. Transfer pickups were on time as scheduled, and they always greeted us with a smile. Next time we vacation, we will definitely choose them as our travel company. Great work, guys!
