• Promover la participación ciudadana en los temas de seguridad y justicia mediante ejercicios de organización comunitaria; acompañamiento integral a víctimas del delito; y el desarrollo de herramientas para la prevención con el fin de incentivar la cultura de la legalidad y generar ciudadanía.
• Aportar al fortalecimiento de las instituciones estatales y municipales de seguridad y justicia mediante la implementación de proyectos y metodologías técnicas que permitan mejorar su desempeño e incrementar la confianza ciudadana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya se porque no le hacen caso al proyecto que he planteado de ahorrar dinero por el consumo de energíap ha consecuencia del alumbrado público y que es de un 80%por consumo de electidad y alumbrado público y es garantizado por escrito máximo por 10 años por la mañana en noticiero de Juan Carlos Valerio se comunicó qué la directora de mobilidad ya corrió a 100empleadospor estar coludidos con la corrupción de permisos de transporte público que puedo esperar de un proyecto en favor de la ciudad de puebla y sus ciudadanía o será que no he ofrecido moche al consejo ciudadanoy por eso no avanza el proyecto y menos le hacen caso ya se ofresco el 5%del total del proyecto a quien me ayude ha que las autoridades correspondientes lo escuchen y total si no les parece bueno no lo hscen
