Compré apenas una máquina de coser ahí, que me dijeron que me la entregarían con mueble y motor nuevo, y ni lo uno ni lo otro, el mueble por lo menos se ve "decente", pero el motor yo creo que me dieron el más viejo que tenían, además me la entregaron días después de que dijeron que me la llevarían, y para colmo le faltaban piezas!...llevo ya un mes quejandome y reclamando (sobre todo por el motor), y sólo me dan largas. Cuando llamo, nadie sabe nada, los empleados totalmente incompetentes y el dueño -supuestamente- nunca está.
Terrible place. I just bought a sewing machine there, they told me that they would deliver it to me with a new cabinet and motor, and neither one nor the other, the cabinet at least looks "decent", but the motor I think they gave me the most old they had, they also gave it to me days after they said they would take it to me, and to top it all it was missing parts! ... I've been complaining and claiming for a month (especially about the engine), and they just give me long. When I call, nobody knows anything, totally incompetent employees and the owner - supposedly - is never there.
