★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui hoy sábado y SI estaba abierto, nada de gente, la chava súper rápida y todo muy bien. Solo lleven su dinero exacto, ya está en $75 y su credencial vigente también.
 I went today Saturday and YES it was open, no people, the girl was super fast and everything was very good. Just bring your exact money, it's already $75 and your valid ID too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la señora o señorita nose que sea me hizo pasar un muy mal momento, me saco de la fila por no tener mi INE a la mano, me tronaba las uñas en el mostrador, y para acabar no tenia cambioooo ni la molestia se toma para darte cambio!!! En serio un muy mal momento. Parece que es requisito tener una carota en esos puestos.
Terrible service, the lady or young lady, I don't know what it was, gave me a very bad time, she took me out of the queue for not having my INE at hand, she cracked my nails on the counter, and to finish I didn't have any change or bother take to give you change!!! Seriously a very bad time. It seems that it is required to have a face in those positions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper ágil, están dentro del Soriana y si solo llegas a eso no te cobran el boleto de estacionamiento, siempre y cuando lo pases por la maquina de cobro.
Lleva los 75 pesos exactos y documentos originales (INE, pasaporte)
Super agile, they are inside the Soriana and if you only get to that they do not charge you the parking ticket, as long as you pass it through the payment machine.
Bring the exact 75 pesos and original documents (INE, passport)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente oficina, muy buena atención. Eficiente y sobre todo que en sábado hay servicios. No le doy las 5 estrellas ya que esta ubicado en un centro comercial el cual hay que pagar un estacionamiento que la verdad debería de ser grátis..
Excellent office, very good attention. Efficient and especially that on Saturday there are services. I do not give it 5 stars since it is located in a shopping center where you have to pay for a parking lot that should really be free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ágil el trámite no se si fue por la hora a la que fui, le daría 5 estrellas, pero PESIMA ATENCIÓN DE LA SEÑORA QUE ATIENDE, parece que lo hace gratis, si no le gusta su trabajo que renuncié , yo con mucho gusto tomaría su lugar. P.D. Si traía mi dinero en cambio ($75) y me trato mal, ahora no me quiero imaginar a los que no traen el dinero del tramite exacto.
The process was agile, I don't know if it was because of the time I went, I would give it 5 stars, but AWFUL ATTENTION FROM THE LADY WHO SERVES IT, it seems that she does it for free, if she doesn't like her job I quit, I would gladly take her place. P.S. If I brought my money in change ($75) and they treated me badly, now I don't want to imagine those who don't bring the money for the exact process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ubica dentro de Soriana, enfrente de las cajas. El trámite es muy rápido, 5 minutos. Ten a la mano tu identificación y el dinero exacto $75. La misma persona te toma la foto y el pago. Hay que pagar estacionamiento, para mí fue cómodo.
It is located inside Soriana, in front of the boxes. The process is very fast, 5 minutes. Have your identification and the exact money $75 at hand. The same person takes your photo and payment. You have to pay for parking, for me it was comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tratan como vaca, pero creo que es la única en la ciudad, no me imagino la cantidad de gente que les llega de repente, y pese a eso yo vine y salí en 1 minuto (no había nadie). Es dentro del Soriana, llegas todo derecho por esta entrada de la foto, entrando mano izquierda como a 6 locales no tendrás problemas en encontrarlo, ten los $75 exactos e INE lista para evitarte este trato, yo ya iba prevenido.
They treat you like a cow, but I think it's the only one in the city, I can't imagine the number of people who suddenly come to them, and despite that I came and left in 1 minute (there was no one). It's inside the Soriana, you go straight through this entrance in the photo, entering left hand about 6 places you won't have any problems finding it, have the exact $75 and INE ready to avoid this deal, I was already warned.
