Dan lo que quieren dar o lo que tiene pero no lo que tú solicitas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion en general es buena, aunque a mi gusto detesto el incomo mostrador para solicitar material y pagarlo. Deberian de acondicionar para que sea mas amigable, nose un mostrador de productos y una caja de pago alterna estaria mucho mejor.
Hay situaciones en que las chicas q atienden no tienen mucha idea de los insumos, y es una lata q te esten enseñando o mostrando la mercancia para saber si lo q les dices es lo q se aproxima.
Considero q tienen gran variedad y surtido aunque no lo parezca. El servicio a domicilio es bueno ya que tiene una buena coordinacion, solo q si no es un cierto monto o peso, este te lo cobran aparte.
Por otro lado hay un costo de 3% adicional si pagas, chafa el asunto.
En precios, son en un rango altos, osea no es el lugar para buscar ofertas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para hacer un presupuesto de adoquín y me atendieron muy bien las señoritas del mostrador y un señor que a mí parecer era el encargado o el dueño fue muy amable al darme opciones y sugerencias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen un sistema de devolución. Así que si te ven la cara (cosa que si hacen) y no te dan lo que necesitas, lo tienes que volver a comprar. Tampoco tienen un sistema para quejarse. Así que si te ven la cara (COSA QUE SI HACEN) y te quieres quejar te dicen que hables con un encargado cuyo nombre no te pueden decir y quien sabe a qué hora se encuentra. Les recomiendo las otras 10 tiendas de construcción/ferretería/ tlapalería que pueden encontrar a menos de tres cuadras al rededor.
They do not have a return system. So if they see your face (which they do) and they don't give you what you need, you have to buy it again. They also have no system to complain. So if they see your face (THING THEY DO) and you want to complain they tell you to talk to a manager whose name they can't tell you and who knows what time he is. I recommend the other 10 construction / hardware / hardware stores that can be found less than three blocks away.
