★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIN BARDA PERIMETRAL SIN VIGILANCIA POR LA PARTE TRASERA DEL 3ER SECTOR, (y si lo hay no hacen los trabajos de vigilancia ya que se introducen personas ajenas al fraccionamiento por la madrugada) ROBOS en 3er sector, no hay limpieza en trabajos de obra, no están limpias las áreas verdes, no hay árboles en 3er sector.

Bueno, la cuestión es la humedad que se tramina por la pared de la recamara de la pb, estamos en julio y sigo con el mismo problema y ahora ese problema de humedad se presento en toda la planta alta. El arquitecto se escueda en que no puede realizar los arreglos hasta conseguir permiso del vecino. Tengo 15vdias apenas viviendo en esta casa y ya me si cuenta que fue un erro porque no creo que los materiales que se utilicen sean los adecuados para construccion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente de un proyecto en Mérida, llevan más de 6 meses de atraso en la construcción, por meses no se tuvo avance a pesar de que esperé pacientemente, y por si no fuera suficiente al revisar la construcción nos damos cuenta de que su calidad estructural es pésima, revisen bien su construcción antes de firmar la compraventa
