★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece muy buena y muy bien surtida, lo que no me agrada son dos cosas: 1. No tiene Meses sin intereses al pagar con tarjeta y eso estaría muy útil en el caso de la compra de pisos. 2. Quizás sea porque venden mucho, pero el asunto de los fletes no me parece oportunamente organizado o te programan las entregas para muy tarde o con costos por encima de lo razonable, menciono estos dos puntos porque he comprado en otras ferreterías y tiendas de pisos y están esos dos servicios o a mejor precio o con ese servicio de Meses sin intereses. Reitero lo bueno, tiene excelente surtido y muy buenos precios en sus productos.
I think it is very good and very well stocked, what I do not like are two things: 1. It does not have interest-free months when paying with a card and that would be very useful in the case of buying flats. 2. Perhaps it is because they sell a lot, but the freight issue does not seem to me to be opportunely organized or they schedule deliveries for very late or with costs above reasonable, I mention these two points because I have bought in other hardware stores and flooring stores and there are those two services or at a better price or with that interest-free Months service. I reiterate the good, it has an excellent assortment and very good prices on its products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALISIMO el trato de los empleados hacia el cliente, parecen como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor al venderte, dure casi media hora esperando unas cajas de piso mientras los estibadores iban y venían a fumar
The treatment of the employees towards the client is VERY BAD, they seem as if they were doing you a favor by selling you, I spent almost half an hour waiting for some boxes while the dockworkers came and went to smoke
