They ask you to give a down payment to start the process, however that process is not done before a notary… we asked them to at least send us a copy of the purchase-sale contract to review it and they never sent it. We finally decided to go to the offices in cdmx to get more information and close the deal, the surprise was that each employee gives you different information, they are liars and WE COULD NOT EVEN GO UP TO THE OFFICES because they had a mess with security / parking / entrance.
