Mantiene buenos precios en relación a los de la región Papaloapan. La atención es atenta por sus empleados, solo en la hora de la comida, se alenta el servicio por la disminución de empleado. Aceptan pago con tarjeta bajo cierta comisión. Los espacios son limpios. A casi todos los productos se le observa el precio a simple vista, lo cual es muy bueno, porque mientras el empleado está ocupado atendiendo otro cliente uno puede ir sacando su presupuesto con lo que logra observar. Son consientes y amables para explicar el proceso cuando uno le solicita una devolución, solo que está no debe pasar de cinco días según la nota de compra. Las veces que he solicitado información de precio por teléfono, me la han proporcionado. De forma general recomiendo la tienda, por la atención, calidad y precio.
