Cuando llegue nadie sabía de lo que les estaba hablando, una total desorganizacion, según el ingeniero que me contestó me dijo que los pedidos por vía Internet no estaban funcionando y la persona encargada de dar seguimiento a los mismos ya no trabajaba con ellos. Una respuesta muy tonta y me hicieron perder dinero y tiempo. No pudieron resolverme, fui a unas cuadras mas adelante sobre la misma acera y ahí tenían todo lo que necesitaba. Tubería de cobre, a mi pedido con construrama el imán jamás le dieron la importancia. Mal trato, desorganizacion total, mala atención.
Very bad service, I placed an order online and I traveled from Guatemala to here to pick up my material. When I arrived, no one knew what I was talking about, a total disorganization, according to the engineer who answered me, he told me that the orders via the Internet were not working and the person in charge of following up on them was no longer working with them. A very silly answer and they made me lose money and time. They could not solve me, I went a few blocks later on the same sidewalk and there they had everything I needed. Copper pipe, at my request with Construrama the magnet was never given the importance. Bad treatment, total disorganization, bad attention.
