Pero a nivel empresa, es muy mala la administración, empezando por los dueños, ya que no valoran a los buenos trabajadores, no conocen la humildad, empatia, trabajo en equipo y el esfuerzo de cada colaborador. Es un ambiente laboral muy feo, lleno de presión, miedo, gritos, caras.... y sobre todo de chismes... mis respetos a quienes siguen soportando eso!
Excellent workers at the Santa Lucía and Águilas branch. But at the company level, management is very bad, starting with the owners, since they do not value good workers, they do not know humility, empathy, teamwork and the effort of each collaborator. It is a very ugly work environment, full of pressure, fear, yelling, faces... and above all gossip... my respects to those who continue to put up with this!
