Sin embargo, todo esto se pierde lamentable al momento de pagar con la única señora que está en caja, es la actitud más desagradable, nefasta y menos profesional que me ha tocado ver y recibir en cualquier lugar donde se ofrece servicio al cliente, es muy lamentable que por esa empleada, la empresa pierda prestigio y las personas se vayan con un muy mal sabor de boca por el servicio que reciben por parte de ella. Durante los largos minutos que estuve esperando a ser atendida, no paraba de quejarse de su trabajo, de que tenía que meter mis datos para poder hacerme factura, que no había hecho el corte, y todavía hablándole mal al señor que fue a checar un pedido, sin olvidar que le gritaba de muy mala forma a sus compañeros de trabajo.
