Nos orientó mucho en varias dudas y nos dio recomendaciones. Gracias por la atención Alexia. A diferencia de la sucursal del centro que no tuvimos mayor orientación que la básica y hasta ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo años comprando en este establecimiento y siempre me habían atendido bien y dado buen servicio, en especial una chica llamada Miriam. Últimamente su servicio está espantoso: Tardan en mandar las cotizaciones y cuando las envían vienen con errores, tienen mala actitud al atender, no conocen bien los materiales que venden y a la hora de entregar hacen lo que les da la gana: Llegan cuando quieren y te dejan el material donde ellos deciden. No sé que les pasó pero definitivamente los cambios que han hecho han sido para mal.
I have been shopping in this establishment for years and they have always treated me well and given good service, especially a girl named Miriam. Lately their service is terrible: They take time to send the quotes and when they send them they come with errors, they have a bad attitude when attending, they do not know the materials they sell well and when it comes to delivering they do what they want: They arrive when they want and you they leave the material where they decide. I don't know what happened to them but the changes they have made have definitely been for the worse.
