★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, están molestando constantemente con llamadas telefónicas, ya les he dicho a todos los "ejecutivos" que POR FAVOR me borren de su lista, pero al parecer no les gusta atender a sus posible clientela potencial, lo que buscan solamente es vender, personal de ese banco con mínima sensibilidad y deseos de servir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy me ofrecieron una tarjeta de débito,segun que es muy segura,me da el 5%de compras realizadas en Chedraui,ect.ect.ect.
Cuando me la ofrecieron le dije al persona que me hizo el movimiento para tener la tarjeta activa ,que yo recibía dinero del extranjero y me dijo que no tenía ningún problema,bueno se hizo todo y le pedí ala persona que me depositen en esta tarjeta nueva para probarla, y me depositaron,pasó 10 minutos ,20 y nada,pasó media hora y nada,hable al teléfono que aparece para cualquier duda, y resulqur que me dijeron que no reciben dinero del extranjero, y a la persona del extranjero que me depósito, si le quitaron la cantidad que me mandó, me dijeron que ahora nesecitaba el número de rastreo para darle seguimiento y que me daban un número de ticket,que esto tardaba de 25 a 48 hrs
Esto para mí es un robo,y aparte jinetes el dinero,por dios, ahora resulta que tengo que esperar 48hrs para que me den el dinero? Son nefastos y engañan ala gente devuelvan el dinero ratotas
