Sin embargo, la señora que trabaja en la recepción del edificio, sinceramente es muy tosca y sus actitudes incomodan, no es muy amable que digamos.
The employees as is in the consulate, are very friendly and attentive, above all considerate.
However, the lady who works at the reception of the building, is honestly very rough and her attitudes are uncomfortable, she is not very friendly.
