Llevo mas de tres semanas sin poder tener contacto con ellos y no responden los mensajes en la grabadora del consulado. The service at the consulate is excellent, the telephone service is VERY BAD. I have not been able to have contact with them for more than three weeks and they do not respond to the messages on the consulate's tape recorder.
