★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se por que leo tantos comentarios negativos. Mi experiencia fue muy grata, no puede realizar el trámite por errores míos, y la persona que me atendió tuvo el tiempo y paciencia de explicarme amablemente el error y que necesitaba para corregirlo. Excelente trato!!
I don't know why I read so many negative comments. My experience was very pleasant, I cannot carry out the process due to my mistakes, and the person who attended me had the time and patience to kindly explain the error and what I needed to correct it. Excellent treatment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, maltrato, ineficiencia, desidia, discriminación, ilegalidades y funcionarios maleducados (como no podía ser de otra forma). Formularé queja en la sede electrónica del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores y le escribiré carta al Defensor del Pueblo. Basta ya.
Terrible service, mistreatment, inefficiency, laziness, discrimination, illegalities and rude officials (how could it be otherwise). I will file a complaint at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and write a letter to the Ombudsman. Enough already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, uno de los empleados en particular me dijo que necesitaba dos copias y original del pasaporte cuando dice en los requisitos que tambien podia ser mi credencial de elector, la cual si habia traido. Mejor hacer el tramite de nacionalidad con Portugal.
Terrible service, one of the employees in particular told me that I needed two copies and an original of the passport when it says in the requirements that it could also be my voter ID, which I had brought. Better to do the nationality process with Portugal.

Terrible attention. I've been trying to contact them for months, they don't answer emails or the phone. At least 5 people have agreed with me. THEY DON'T WORK AND ONLY MAKE US THE MOST DIFFICULT THINGS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Se tardan muchísimo en atenderte y tienen una tremenda falta de organización entre lo que ellos deciden exigirte en el momento y su información presentada en la página de internet. Son muy agresivos en el trato personal y no son nada eficientes. Muchas de sus resoluciones van a depender de sus propios prejuicios respecto a ti, sus decisiones no son objetivas.
Appalling. They take a long time to serve you and have a tremendous lack of organization between what they decide to demand from you at the moment and their information presented on the website. They are very aggressive in personal treatment and are not efficient at all. Many of their decisions will depend on their own prejudices about you, their decisions are not objective.
