No hubo gente , todos muy amables, en español todo . Eso si , busque en internet donde dejar mi celular y no habia nada al respecto. NO HAY LUGAR PARA DEJAR EL TELÉFONO NI NADA , NO LO LLEVES . También quiero agregar que me aceptaron la visa. Tip , lleva todo lo necesario para avalar tus gastos y viaje, no estes nervioso y se seguro de tus respuestas (ellos ya saben todo de ti así que contesta con la verdad ) . Excellent service! For real. The most beautiful, fast and friendly consulate there is, at least compared to the one in CDMX, nothing to do with it. There were no people, all very friendly, everything in Spanish. That yes, I looked on the internet where to leave my cell phone and there was nothing about it. THERE IS NO PLACE TO LEAVE THE PHONE OR ANYTHING, DO NOT TAKE IT. I also want to add that my visa was accepted. Recomendaciones generales: - no puedes entrar con teléfono, cigarros o reloj tipo Apple Watch - sigue las instrucciones de todo el personal al pie de la letra Mi proceso tardo 22 minutos en total, repito todo el personal fue súper amable. Mucha suerte en sus trámites. ☺️ The entire staff is super attentive and the interview process is super streamlined. General recommendations: - you can not enter with a phone, cigarettes or Apple Watch type watch - follow the instructions of all staff to the letter My process took 22 minutes in total, I repeat all the staff was super friendly. G	GABY CJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención brindada es muy buena, todo el personal es amable, es más hasta para decirte que no te dan la VISA son amables, nada que ver con la CDMX, un plus es que hay baños y eso a todos nos ayuda. No lleves tú celular por que no hay donde dejarlo. En mi caso no ocurrió pero si eres divorciado y vas a solicitar la VISA con tú nueva esposa lleva las actas de divorcio y del nuevo matrimonio, lleva todos los papeles que jamás te imaginas que te pueden pedir, más vale que sobren. En mi caso el trámite duró 2 horas y media.

I get there and the staff tells me that my application should not be printed and filled out with a pen by hand. The staff did not even read through our application neither did they look at the documents I had, they just told us to leave. In addition, nowhere in the passport application did it say to fill out the form electronically. My aunt had processed her passport before us and she filled it out by hand with a black pen as well. She was able to get her passport and go through the process. Anyhow, the staff told us we had to make another appointment, so they just made us waste time, miss work, and miss school. I don't even want to go back there to process my renewal for a US passport because I had such a bad experience and the tone the staff had was very condescending.
